Intelligentgolf is used by many of the English County Golf Unions, including BB&O, Lancashire, Cheshire, Bedfordshire, Dorset & Cornwall, and regional golf in England for the North, Midlands, South East and South West.  intelligentgolf form a valued part of the golfing landscape, providing results for more than 75% of R&A World Ranking events held in the UK.

The system is accessible using any internet-connected computer or tablet. 

Competition Results

From 72 hole strokeplay, to 36 holes scratch foursomes, to knockout events we accommodate all the main formats and will endeavour to find a solution for the more esoteric competitions in golf. All handicap records are uploaded directly to the CDH automatically, with integrated look ups to find and verify players easily.

Online entry and payment via PayPal or SagePay is possible to further ease your administration of events. The system also provides a ballot option, on-course scoring, multi-round competitions.

Keeping your website up to date can be easy when you have control. YOU are the webmaster and can edit the content live on your site (or offline and copy it across when ready). We will help design and style your website and then the images, promotions, news and results management is in your hands. We will assist with any queries you have and have developed tools that allow you to create a web presence to be proud of.

With live scoring from competitions providing real time interest on the site, the up to date content will generate an increased volume of traffic that can provide desirable to sponsors, allowing you to cover much of the cost of the intelligentgolf system.  

Big Screen Leaderboards

Let your players know the score. By adding a dynamic feature such as this on a monitor, TV or beamed from a projector, the LIVE leaderboard lets everyone keep up to date with the action.

Show scores, statistics, start sheets, projected cut lines all configurable using the slick interface. Also display content pages outlining rules, advertising, sponsor's messages, photos…the possibilities are endless.

With our on course scoring capabilities providing hole by hole scoring detail, competitors and spectators can see at a glance the drama unfold at your events.

Online Competition Entry

Encourage greater participation in your events by allowing instant online entry.  With payment integration options including PayPal and SagePay, fast and immediate confirmation of entry gives greater convenience to your competitors.

With live CDH number verification, entries are pre-vetted for meeting age and handicap conditions, saving a great deal of back office time.

With balloted competitions, entries are sorted on exact handicap, either at time of entry, or on closing date (CDH allows a global update of exact handicaps of entrants), and can then be filtered into successful entrants, reserves and those who were unsuccessful, taking into account any exemptions you may wish to apply.  Once balloted, contacting each group by email is a click away, with personalised messages and response and bounce tracking. 

Communications

Stay in contact with your players through our communications solutions. Email whole competitions with updates and changes, write news stories about recent competitions and achievements. Results can be emailed to players as well as displayed on your website.
