It was with great trepidation that I started the project to migrate to intelligentgolf from Club Systems. I had after all been using Club Systems for seven years previously.

I should not have had any concerns.

The support throughout the process has been superb with clear milestones and deadlines in place from the integration of the EPOS till system, website, comps and handicaps and diary planner. The introduction of a shopping cart using Sage Pay was also managed simply by intelligentgolf. In the process from first demo of the system with Tammy and then systems integration with Wesley and Jamie I have been updated with great communication all the way. Greg, who is our project manager has demonstrated great skill and resilience when faced with a barrage of sometimes very simple questions from me. Communication is the key when managing any project.

I would have no hesitation in recommending intelligentgolf to any golf club who want to get to the next level with total Golf Management through their own club website.

My members love the West Hill intelligentgolf website; everything to do with their competitions and handicaps is handled through the website including sign up, draw, start sheet and results. They also love the way they can analyse their golf as well as print their own handicap certificates.  We have recently introduced them to members' on-line tee booking which has been received extremely well.

For the Club Office - we find just about everything intuitive, love the flexibility and the support team are really on the ball. We are just about to go over to their membership system and will be running our subs on intelligentgolf in May for the first time!

Jamie, and the team at intelligentgolf have been amazing to work with. Nothing is too much trouble for them. For example. I had our Senior section arrange a knockout competition for the upcoming season, and of course we were going to use the intelligentgolf system to do the draw, and publish online to the members. The draw was done without us knowing and was running for a couple of weeks with players already arranging their matches. Enter Jamie at intelligentgolf! He was able to publish the draw within a couple of hours so now it is online and it makes it so simple to see and use. So after doing it on paper for the past 14 years, we now have the seniors knockout draw moved into the 21st century.
